What we do is this: Ninety days after closing we send a new homeowner packet out to your new homeowners. This new homeowner packet contains all of the diagrams and chemical usage documentation from when the home was under construction. The packet also contains information on what to expect from us, as well as gift certificates for other services we provide.

We provide a better price than most termite companies. Our pretreat consists of a conventional sub-slab or wood treatment, a liquid termiticide backfill, a termite letter for closing, and a new homeowner packet. Our research shows that this type of pretreat is more effective than installing a monitoring system, even though monitoring systems are going to be consistently cheaper.
